Personal Statement Regarding Dr. Stuart Balaban
There has recently been a lot of confusion in my Woodbury, Long Island office location. As promised to my patients, Woodbury office team, family and friends, I wish to state the following in order to set the record straight and clear up any confusion and falsehoods concerning the nature of my relationship with Dr. Stuart Balaban.
I am NOT, and have NEVER BEEN, Dr. Balaban’s partner. I am NOT a “successor in interest” to Dr. Balaban’s practice. I have NOT purchased the whole or ANY part of Dr. Balaban’s practice.
The nature of my relationship with Dr. Stuart Balaban is that I was previously interested in purchasing his practice and establishing a professional relationship with him. However, during a rather lengthy negotiation process and while performing my due diligence in assessing Dr. Balaban’s practice, certain issues and concerns were discovered, which prompted me to make the business decision NOT to purchase or enter in ANY agreement with Dr. Balaban, other than to give him a facility to provide necessary treatment and care to his patients!
Unfortunately, I have unfairly come under attack by a number of Dr. Balaban’s patients arising out of the acts of Dr. Balaban. I erred in judgment for allowing Dr. Balaban to treat his patients and operate out of my Woodbury, Long Island office location without full knowledge of Dr. Balaban’s actions and promises to his patients. Before and during the time Dr. Balaban used my office facility, Dr. Balaban apparently made discounted financial arrangements with many of his patients and collected fees for work not yet performed. Whether or not Dr. Balaban intended to perform this work for which he had been paid, only Dr. Balaban knows.
Dr. Balaban made written and verbal representations to many of you who had paid him in full that I would provide his promised future orthodontic treatment. Simply put, I NEVER made such an agreement with Dr. Balaban, and the first knowledge that I had of Dr. Balaban’s promises concerning future treatment by me was when his patients told me about such agreements or showed me letters on Dr. Balaban’s letterhead, signed by Dr. Balaban.
I am deeply saddened that a trusted colleague and Harvard graduate so brazenly and disgracefully took advantage of so many patients and so many people, including me. I am truly disappointed that Dr. Balaban so exploited his patients and me. Like you, I was blind-sided. I was NOT privy to Dr. Balaban’s business dealings with his patients during the short time he was using my office. Dr. Balaban was the only one who discussed finances with his patients and, from what I have been told by many of his patients and his former employees, these discussions took place after office hours and not in my presence. Any feelings of enmity toward me, concerning Dr. Balaban, is very misplaced.
To those who received false promises from Dr. Balaban
Please accept my sincerest apologies for the nightmare in which you and your family are entangled. If you contact my office, we will try to do everything we can to allay your concerns and reduce your anxiety regarding the many outright lies and distortions of the truth surrounding this matter and my involvement with Dr. Balaban, that have been unjustly disseminated on the internet and the rumor mill.
Over the last few weeks, I have met with many wonderful patients and families, and have heard some truly amazing and heartfelt stories of how some parents have worked second jobs, sold jewelry, sold items on EBay and even cashed in 401K and retirement plans in order to help pay for their child’s or children’s orthodontic care.
In no way, shape or form are you required to, nor am I telling you to, continue your orthodontic care in my Woodbury location. However, if you choose to do so, my team and I will work together with you.
Regarding the orthodontic records of Dr. Balaban’s patients, I simply do not have them! We were told by Dr. Balaban’s former employees that your orthodontic study molds were left behind in his Melville office location. We have NO access to any of your digital photos or x-rays. We only have access to Dr. Balaban’s treatment cards, which he brought over to my office.

Thank you for your patience, understanding and courtesy while we sort out this mess. I assure you that your treatment will not suffer. Be assured that you will continue to receive the highest level of excellence in your orthodontic care. As an invisalign patient for over 2 years, Dr. Jacquie and her staff are always cordial and have provided excellent treatment.
Its unfortunate that individuals like “Balaban” would intentionally mistreat and deceive his own patients as well as Dr. Jacquie and her staff.
I am confident Dr. Jacquie and her team will prevail and has 100% of my support.
Dr. Jacquie has been my orthodontist for over a year. She and her staff have made what has been my second experience with orthodonitcs (I have them when I was a teenager) a fantastic. All the other Doctors I went to said i needed traditional braces and that I would need them for about two years. Dr. Jacquie managed to correct my smile in a year and I didn’t have to wear metal braces for my wedding day.
She and her team are always undersranding and helpful, and honest. When an issue occured involving misplaced payment due to someone on her team having to take some personal time off, the office worked with me to find prrof of payment and never sent me a unnecessary invoice or nasty phone calls.
I feel very badly for the patients of Dr. Balaban’s. What he did was to you all was horrible, I would be so angry if it had happened to me. I would also be angry if I were Dr. Jacquie. What he has done to her and her team is also horrible. He took advantage of all of you and has profited from it. He should loose his license and pay everyone back what he owes them!!!!
I have been going to Dr. Jacquie for over a year now. Dr. Jacquie is an outstanding orthodontist and I would HIGHLY recommend her to all of my friends and family members. She is kind, compassionate, understanding, and TALENTED!!! I have been wanting braces since I was 12 years old. Almost 20 years later, she gave me the confidence to move forward with my dream. It was the BEST decision I have ever made. To put it simply…DR. JACQUIE IS THE BEST!!!! I truly think Dr. Jacquire is the only orthodontist choice for Long Islanders as no other compares.
As I read the press release, all I can pray in my spirit for Dr. Jackie is that, “No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgement you will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, And their vindication is from Me, declares the Lord.”(Isaiah 54:17)
Emani’s teeth look amazing. You and your staff have been wonderful through out our daughter’s treatment. Moreover, you have cotinued that same exceptional service to the referrals we have made to your office. The care and treatment have ALWAYS been consistent.
We know that God will work this situation out. What man means for evil, God WILL turn it around for good.

We have only been a patient of Dr. Jacquie’s since Thanksgiving and we love her and the staff. I never heard of Dr. Balaban but he sounds like a dick. What comes around, goes around and I’m sure he’ll get what he deserves.
I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Dr. Jacqueline Fulop-Goodling for the past several years. During that time I have know “Dr. Jacquie” to be a warm, compassionate individual with a passion for her profession of orthodontics and dentistry; one who always exhibits a sincere and personal interest in each of her patients care and well-being. In our professional association she has proven to me to be an comprehensive, well-educated practicitioner who has consistently shown a highly moral and ethical professional standard. It comes with sincere disappointment that Jacquie is now embroiled in a situation which seems to exhibit many of the underlying implications by other colleagues of unethical, immoral and unprofessional conduct. It seems “out of sorts” for someone with the professional ethical history that pervades Dr. Jacqueline Fulop-Goodling to be the type of person described by those who wish to tarnis her good name and reputationl. Jacquie…I know you and I am so sorry that you need to live through this however I am quite sure when all the facts come to light, those who endeavor to implicate you in something you did not cause nor ask for will be forced to accept the truth and your good name and reputation will once again shine, becuase, Jacquie…you are a true shining light in our profession as an orthodontist and a colleague and now friend. I can give no highher recommendation nor profess any more sincere accolades than the person that Jacqueline Fulop-Goodling is and from what I can tell, always has been. Dr. Jacqueline Fulop-Goodling is the consummate professional; a person who is compassionate, honest, sincere and with regard to the the matter at hand, of made of the highest moral and ethical fiber. I am quite sure those who attempt to discredit her will be in the end discredited themselves.
Dr. Jacquie and her staff in Manhattan, where we reside, are amazing! We have been patients since 2006 and with our second child in braces, we will be going to her for another year or so! I have been very happy to recommend her to friends and colleagues and everyone has been equally as happy with her. Patient, kind, honest, professional…fun!….my kids love her, as do I. She’s the best of the best and I’m sorry to hear that she has been taken advantage in such a way. I hope it works out, no one deserves this kind of trouble. I just started going to Dr. Jackie’s office in February and I have had such a great experience. I was told by three different dentist that there was no possibility that I could get invisalign but Dr. Jackie proved them all wrong. I am so happy that my friend told
me to go see Dr. Jackie, her and her staff make every visit enjoyable. I would never ever believe any of those horrible things that people are saying about her. Dr. Jackie makes getting invisalign easy and affordable. I have nothing but nice things to say about Dr. Jackie and her team.

2 year patient here: all this makes you want to laugh but at the same time a great person is being labeled as something she is not and it gets very frustrating. Her work speaks for itself and the love she has for ortho is all one needs to see. The sad part of all this is that all these people who are blaming her for this are doing this all because they were STUPID enough to give an old crazy man money for services NOT RENDERED. Whatever Dr. Stu Balaban did will be uncovered and justice will be served. Keep up the great work Dr. J, its a shame you have to deal with this crap!
I’ve known Jackie for longer than I care to admit…….we met in Boston when she was an orthodontic student and I a struggling internist. Besides becoming my orthodontist, who I’ve recommended to several friends in Manhattan without hestitation, I’ve fortunate enough to consider her a personal friend. I’ve watched her career blossom over the years through hard work and excellent patient care. As a physician, I was disappointed to learn about Dr. Balaban’s behaviour and only hope it wasn’t intentionally planned, but resulted from poor financial decisions which got out of control. In the end, Jackie’s kind offer to help to a colleague in trouble by letting him see his patients in her office was betrayed as was the trust of his patients. I am a firm believer in justice and know Jackie’s reputation won’t be tarnished and Dr. Balaban’s will somehow receive justice.
I am shocked by this horrible news for Dr. Jackie and the terrific staff.
My son is a special needs child and they have always, always been so sweet and patient with my son. I have been with her for at least 5 years. Dr. Jackie and the staff have a heart of gold and I thank god that there are people who have the gift to help out others. My son today, because of their patience has a beautiful, beautiful smile. I can’t thank them enough and would support there efforts to continue great service to all. Thank you so very much….:)

Once again, a victim has to defend them selves by a crook/thief. I became pataint of Dr.Jacquie (she was my second orthodontist) my 1st ortho. retired and I still had problems with my teeth. She took me under her wings no questions ask she was very professional and cordal, gave me excellent treatment and it was a pleasure doing business with her.
She works with you in every way in scedualing, payments and treatments. I simply love her, and have and will continue to give her my business and recommend her.
I have been going to Dr. Jacquie for over three years to treat my two sons one after the other. She and her staff are excelent. She is always taking very good care of everyone in her office. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs an orthodontist because she is lovely, honest, sincere and caring. When I need her for any of my kids, she always welcomes us any time. Once I had tooth pain and I asked her for her opinion, she treated me right the way with no charge.
I have strong faith that God will keep you safe, be strong and trust in him.

I just read about this whole scandal and my mouth dropped. I am completely astonished that ANYONE would say anything mean to my loving and caring orthodontist. I have been going to Dr. Jacquie for a year and have never seen her to be a bad person and she wouldn’t lie about something like this.
Dr Jacquie, I know you will make it through this strongly. I have faith in you. And dont listen to what any of these people have to say, they dont know what they are talking about.
And People, quit saying mean stuff about Dr. Jacquie.
I have been a patient of Dr. Jacquie’s for about two and half years now and I absolutely love her and everything she does. She goes out of her way to make her patients feel comfortable and relaxed. I have never walked into her office and not seen a big smile on her face. She is so loving and friendly to each and every one of her patients. Even at 9:00 in the morning, she and her staff all have big smiles on their faces, ready to take care of her patients. From the first day you meet her, you can tell that all she wants to do is make her patients enjoy their nice white smile. I remember I had to get my tooth pulled and I was a little nervous. Dr. Jacquie made all these jokes about the tooth fairy and while I was laughing, she pulled out the tooth and I didn’t feel a thing. Ever since then, I knew that she would want her patients to feel safe and trust her.
All the staff that works there is amazing. Dr. Jacquie is a kind, loving person who only wants her patients to be happy. She is way too sweet to let anything like this to happen if she knew about it. I mean think about it, if she did know about it, then why didn’t she leave also? If you think that’s Dr. Jacquie is the type of person who takes advantage of her patients, then you don’t know who Dr. Jacquie is and what type of a person she is. I love Dr. Jacquie and I couldn’t imagine a better orthodontist.
I am a patient of Dr. Jackie’s Woodbury, Long Island office along with my sister and my daughter. I would be more then happy to share my experience with her as an orthodontist.
As an adult, I was very intimidated going to a pediatric orthodontist, but I did my homework and felt she would be the best in handling my case. I would start off with brackets and finish with invisalign. I was very nervous being in a dental chair because of a bad experience I had as a child, but Dr. Jackie and her staff were aware of that and always made a point of making me feel relaxed and calm. Her dental assistant Debbie is just wonderful and knew the extent of my fears and always talked me through the process, explaining every step and what she was doing next. Because of her, I am now much more comfortable in a dentist chair.
Dr. Jackie has ALWAYS been so generous with her time. I remember last May I was sitting in the chair telling Debbie I was going to a wedding and was hoping my bottom brackets wouldn’t be noticeable. Debbie excused herself for a moment, got up, spoke to Dr. Jackie and next thing I know, Dr. Jackie is standing there, explaining to me she is going to take off my brackets, clean my teeth and put on new brackets so they won’t be noticeable. I went in for a check up and came out with clean fresh brackets at no charge to me!
I can’t praise Dr. Jackie’s and her staff enough, I would highly recommend her to all my friends and family.
I have been working for Dr. Jacquie for almost 5 years and I have to say that I love my job!! Dr. Jacquie is a very caring, kind person. She has a great warm sense of humor and is extremly good with the children!! We try to accomodate all of our patients as best we can, our patients are #1, we treat you the way we would want to be treated. Dr. Jacquie brings such positive energy to the office and she inspires us all!! Not only is she our boss but she is a caring friend indeed. I have to say that her work is great! She is on point at all times. In the past month our team, myself, Dr. Jacquie and my co workers have been dealing with this horrible situation. I am stunned at some peoples reaction to us? I never knew people were so skeptical and they have no trust and call names, we have extended our office (the place that I love) we have opened our ears and listened and we understand. We are humble loving people. I just want you all to know that we are a strong team and a damm good team!! I value my work and I stand behind Dr. Jackie she is smart, professional, hard working, kind and caring. I thank all the wonderful people for posting such inspiring things and nice comments about Dr. Jacquie! Its really cool!! I love my boss and I love my co workers!! We are a great strong team!! Everyday I go to work and see such wonderful people, kids that are excited and to see them smile is priceless!! Adults that love there smile!! Dr Jacquies goal is to perfect your smile and help with any problems you may have with your teeth. I have worked side by side with her and I think her work is superb!!! Smiles Are So Important and we do a great job showing that!!
My two children have been under Doc Jacquie and Doc Josh’s care for almost 4 or 5 years now. My children no longer have their braces so our visits to the office are not as frequent so I had no idea that this was going on. As I read about this scandal I was completely surprised and taken back that Doc Jacquie and her staff has to deal with such an issue. What has always impressed me the most about Doc Jacquie and Doc Josh was their bedside manner. They were great w/ the kids and made us feel so safe while my children were under their care. Doc Jacquie worked w/ me on a payment plan and even at times when I couldn’t keep up with them I was never harrassed by her office…matter of fact many times they waived the late fees. Doc Jacquie is a person of integrity and a person who really cares for her patients. I’ve never met a dentist like Doc Jacquie and Doc Josh. Stay strong during this time of turmoil and you will prevail because good people like yourself always come up on top.

We have been working with Dr. Jacquie for many years now. Referring our patients to her, here in Manhattan, for orthodontic treatment. There is no higher compliment someone can give than the trust given with a referral. Every one of our patients have come back and reported on the friendliness, professionalism and care shown to them by Dr. Jacquie and her office staff. Her talent as an orthodontist and warmth as a person comes through in every case we have ever worked together.
We should all remember who the CULPRIT here is! Dr. Balaban is the one who took our HARD EARNED MONEY, not Dr. Jacquie. He had the nerve to try and get $2,500. out of me only a month ago(saying my teeth need to be fixed) full knowing he never intended to start or finish ANY work on my teeth. I am a single mother who struggles for every dime to take care of my family and he was well aware of that fact. Dr. Jacquie was never his partner nor did she present herself as such. DR. Balaban should have his license revoked and be criminaly prosecuted and sent to jail! His letters read like a politician who avoids answering direct questions. While he sits dining in expensive restaurants on our dime he never admits guilt for leaving us all hanging or apologized for taking people’s money only up to recently knowing he would walk out on us all. I am making numerous calls to see what can be done and will update anyone on my findings.
I really like Dr. Jackie a lot and don’t know why people are saying mean things about her. She’s very nice!!!!!!!!!!!
After watching the news on Channel 2 last night, I had to write this email.
I have sat back and listened to all the false accusations that have been swarming around and now it’s time to set everyone straight!
Here are the facts… Pure and Simple…
Dr. Jacquie is in NO way form or fashion at fault with this whole mess that Dr. Balaban has involved everyone into…It is a self-inflicted injury… I am so angry that this has happened to my office and the reputation of myself and my employer!
Dr. Balaban…how could you lie about Dr. Jacquie like that?
Bottom line… you were in trouble…..she reached out to help… we all did… and it has backfired!
I am so angry working longer hours…I am so angry missing dinner with my family… I am so angry missing my lunch breaks to try to accommodate Dr. Balabans patients for HIS mistake!
It’s funny how quickly people can forget…Do you remember Dr. Balaban the nice things you would say about Dr. Jacquie to all of our patients and to YOURS??
Do you remember Dr. Balaban how you would brag about the staff and how wonderful we were?

I also remember your stories of how poorly you managed your money and how many mistakes you have made in your life… I also remember watching you cry over things in your life that have happened…little did I know what really was going on until now… how can you be so cruel and try to hurt the hand that reached out to you.

When I received this letter about what was going on with Dr. Jackie, I was truly shocked. I’ve had my braces in for over a year and every trip to her office has been plesant. I would definatley recommend her to my friends and family.
It’s incredible to think that an individual such as Dr. Jacquie would ever be in a position where her character and true-intentions would be judged by others. Dr. Jacquie is the definition of benevolence. It’s her compassion, dedication, kindheartedness and work ethic that has carried her to where she is now, and not all the nonsense we see floating around these past few weeks. Dr. Jacquie treasures her patients, her team members, her integrity, and the opportunity to improve the lives of her patients. For anybody to believe she would jeopardize that for a trivial increase to the number of patient files on her wall would have to be crazy. I hope we can all hold judgment until Dr. Jacquie has had the opportunity to meet with Stuart, his patients, and the families of these patients, and allow the collective group to truly identify what has happened here.
Dr Jackie straightened my teeth a few years back and did an amazing job on my husband’s teeth and we are still thrilled with the results. So thrilled, we have Dr Jackie fixing our younger kids’ teeth even though that means flying them over from Europe for treatment. Dr Jackie is an amazing doctor and person and we have 100% confidence in both professionally and personally. It is a real tragedy that Dr Jackie’s assistance to a fellow dentist in created such a horrible situation for her and all her wonderful staff. Be strong through this difficult time, you are loved and respected by the people who know you.
ATTENTION:
Dr. Jaquie is the nicest people you will ever meet. She make you feel comfortable and makes you feel right at home. I have had my braces on for almost 3 years and she made my teeth look FANTASTIC… I am proud to be one of her MANY clients. She is a sweet lady and doesn’t deserve these false acusations! This is outradgeous to me and my family. THis is a tradgedy and Dr. Balaban mad a horrible mistake and is responsible for this problem. DR JAQUIE IS A FANTASTIC ORTHODONTIST…… Do not jusdge her because of what the bloogs say. I pray that Everyone will see you through and God will make you light shine through out this situation.

I have been a patient at the Woodbury office for the past two years. I was fortunate enough to do my research, interview other Invisalign specialists, and choose Dr. Jacquie for my orthodontist. There has not been one single day that I have not been grateful for Dr. Jacquie’s expertise,her highly ethical and professional standards and her uncompromising passion for excellence in her field. Her staff is equally as dedicated. What I find incredible is that Dr. Balaban, after his despicable deception, is given any credibility. If there are any patients of Dr. Balaban that would like to question Dr. Jacquie’s integrity, please get the facts first. Then perhaps you will direct your energies to putting the responsible culprit exactly where he belongs.

I am sure you are devastated by these insane accusations. Please know that there are more people in your corner than not, and that you not only deserve the respect and confidence you have from your patients, you surely have earned it as well.
I am confident that Dr. Balaban will get what he deserves too.
I have been working for Dr. Jacquie for a little over a year now. I can honestly say she is the most caring Doctor I have ever known. As a boss, she is kind, caring, understanding and generous. As an orthodontist, she sincerely cares about her patients. I have witnessed her go above and beyond to accomodate patients on many occasions. She truly cares about making them happy. She loves what she does and it shows. My daughter has been under her care for the past 8 months and she is extremely happy.
It is unfortunate that this has happened to such a great person. This is a result of Dr. Jacquie being the nice person she is and trying to help out. Dr. Balaban is a deceitful and dishonest person. I am sorry for those patients that he took advantage of. I know you feel the need to blame someone…and it should not be Dr. Jacquie. We all know Dr. Balaban is to blame. I just don’t understand how he sleeps at night!
Dr. Jacquie…stay positive and keep smiling. We all know what a great person you are.
I have had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Jacquie for over 20 years. She is the same caring, loving person she was when she was in dental school. I always knew when I had kids she would be MY orthodontist!! She is the most generous, loving, funny, happy doctor there is!
I can always count on her to support my fundraising causes! She and her staff are wonderful to my children. Dr. Jacquie is an excellent
orthodontist and an even better person. These allegations are despicable.
As thoughtfully stated by Jon Brickner, “It’s incredible to think that an individual such as Dr. Jacquie would ever be in a position where her character and true-intentions would be judged by others.” For the past ten years I have had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Jacquie both professionally and personally as well. I am hopeful that her name will be cleared soon. Unfortunately it seems that no good deed goes unpunished.
I took my son to a consult with Dr. Jackie and my first impression could not have been better. She is a warm, sincere & very caring human being. She runs a well staffed, professional office in Woodbury.
My husband has been working on a project with Dr. Jackie for over a year now and only had the nicest things to say about her.
Dr. Jackie helped a friend in need and when the chips were down he tried to drag her with him. Shame on him!!! Not sure how he is living with himself..
We wish her the best of luck and know very well that these allegations could not possibly be true.

Isn’t it a shame that in this world we live in a simple act of kindness can be abused and eventually held against you. As a mother of two children who have gone to Dr. Jackie and Dr. Josh, we are dissapointed and in shock that some one would take advantage of a good natured and wonderfull orthodontist office. Dr. Jackie is a role model for my children and always will be!!!!!!!!
Dr Jackie and her staff have become a wonderful part of my life. When I walk into her office I feel like I am entering a warm family home. Her caring touch make the difficult road of orthodontic treatments so much easier. If you know all the orthodontic things I have had to endure then you would understand why there is no other person than Dr Jackie to do the job. I thank the good lord that I have found her.
Dr. Jackie has been and continues to be my children’s orthodontist for the past few years. She is not only one of the most professional doctors I have encountered through the years, but also one of the most compassionate and caring people I have ever met. Dr. Jackie’s kindness has warmed my children’s hearts. They actually “look forward” to going to the dentist. She provids superb care, always keeping me well-informed. I have and will continue to refer Dr. Jackie to all my family and friends. She is an extremely competent physician, a person of integrity, has good moral values and a someone my children can look up to.
When I look at my daughter Jessica, smiling and feeling confident, it makes me thank God that I found Dr. Jackie. Dr. Jackie, through her experience as an orthodontist, gave my daughter the tools to pursue her dream of becoming a teacher. The tools gifted by Dr. Jackie were confidence and security. Of course, this came along with a beautiful smile. Having confidence to support your lifelong dreams makes it easier to accomplish. I can’t understand how or why anyone would try to maim Dr. Jackie’s character or profession. She is a person that not only provides the best of care to her patients, but also donates and gives back to children in need. It is not about money nor fame in her eyes. Just caring.

Dr. Jacquie has been treating our family for about 15 years and has never been anything but very kind and good hearted to my family. My 2 girls Love her as if she is part of our family. Every person i know who has gone to her has had nothing but great things to say about her. We own our own business and have had business dealings with her in the past and nothing bad had ever come out of doing business with her. I think that Dr. B should be ashamed of himself especially for being an older man who has experienced life for a long time. The economy is not the greatest right now and I happen to think that he is definitely trying to get something for nothing and his patients should be sueing him for their money and letting Dr. Jacquie help them with the rest of their treatment because she is the BEST!!!!!!
I’ve made the “RIGHT CHOICE” when I asked Dr Jacquie to be my orthodontist. If you ask me what that means, I can tell you Dr. Jacquie is honest and caring. She walked me through the process step by step with ease. I would like to say “Thank you Dr. Jacquie” for being there for me.
I’m not just Dr. Jacquie patient, I’m an extended family member.
Dr. Jacquie is one of the most genuine, kind-hearted people I’ve had the pleasure to meet. She loves every minute she spends working with her patients to give them beautiful smiles, and that’s obvious to anyone who has ever been treated by her.
Anybody who believes these lies should be ashamed – what dr. B is saying just isn’t possible. She’s way too classy, too good a person, and too ethical a doctor to every do anything like this.

Dr. Jacquie is that rare individual that LOVES what she does. It shows in her knowledge, her demeanor, and her staff. She looks forward to each and every day with her patients. She is passionate and incredibly caring. That caring led her to offer her hard earned work space to a colleague in need. Because Jacquie is so forthright, she could not concieve of another being so dishonest. Please call her, meet her, talk to her and you will see that the slander and rumors are NOT true. She is an amazing doctor and person.
I have known Dr. Jacquie Fulop-Goodling for over 10 years. I have known her both on a personal and business level. We worked together for many years and I believe she is a truly outstanding individual. Dr. Jacquie is a woman with high moral and ethical values. Given the opportunity I would work with her again without any reservations of her character. I believe the accusations being made toward her are untrue. I am certain that the truth will come to light and she will walk away from this entire situation even stronger personally and professionally. She has my full support.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Jackie’s for almost two years now. I have never known her or her staff to be anything but professional, cordial, respectful and fun! She knows what she’s doing and has been responsible for a remarkable improvement in my daughter’s dental health. She and her staff are thorough and attentive to the needs of their clients (and their parents) and always make sure that all pertinent information is communicated completely. I am so sorry to hear of these troubles but I am confident that Dr. Jackie will be vindicated as she well deserves to be.

I met with many Orthodontists before choosing Dr. Jackie, Dr. Josh, and their wonderful staff. Immediately I sensed the caring and compassionate mannerisms they exhibited towards my grandchildren. I knew at that point that I could stop searching for good care because I felt so comfortable with this orthodontic office. I made the right decision!
When my grandchildren began treatments with Dr. Jackie, we entered into a contract that included a payment plan. She was NEVER all about the money; but moreso about treating the children with the proper care. She is a smart woman with great integrity, who would not engage in such unethical and immoral activity. Dr. Stuart Balaban should be ashamed of himself for his dishonesty and ill-treatment of his patients and his colleague.
My 3 nieces have been using Dr. Jackie for over 3 years already, and I have never heard a negative thing said about her office. In fact, I have heard praise about her personality and care for all of her patients. Hearing that Dr. Balaban could take such advantage of his patients and colleagues is sickening. I am surprised that he could get with this scam, and hurt the people who trusted him in the process. I hope that anyone encountering Dr. Jackie will see her for the wonderful person she is, and not believe the lies that have been spread about her.

I met Dr. Jacquie over this past summer and i have to say the first thing she did was told me to smile and say ahh. Now these are words i wouldnt expect from someone i have just met but something about her just made me laugh. You have an amazing personality and is supper fun. You put a smile on my face no matter what the situation. I have had troubles with my orthodontist in the past and whenever something feels wrong i go to her because she can fix up a smile like no one else can. Your the best at what you do and all the people on this blog are writing to show you that you have helped us tremendously. Some are nervous to smile because of the way their teeth look and you help them come out and give them the self confidence and the smile to go and flash off to the world. You wil ever be remembered in my heart and in the ones you have helped. Your a life saver a friend and a gift. I love you so much and again so do the people you help. If your not aware it is Dr. Jackies main goal in her job to help her patients and let them leave happy and knowing they have someone behind them that will to no end help them if necessary. xoxoxoxoxo always and forever
